RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Commitment — 30-Day Fit Guarantee
We stand behind our fit. If your gloves don’t fit right, we will exchange them for the correct
size — no questions asked — within 30 days of delivery.

What We Accept

Eligible for return or exchange:
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
Items with all original tags and packaging intact
Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or field use
Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

1. Email info@rrtactical.us with your order number and reason (wrong size,
defective item, etc.)
2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided label
4. Once received and inspected, your exchange ships within 3 business days or your
refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of
us receiving the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is
processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item
shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.).

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us at info@rrtactical.com
within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost and cover all return
shipping.
